7. Disclaimer of Liability

• Watersports Roses is not responsible for injuries, damages or losses occurring during the activities, except in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the company.
• The client exempts Watersports Roses from any claim related to personal injury, property damage or incidents that may occur during the use of our services.
